Villa Susana

Villa Susana is a three floor property with architecture of the 50s and located in the Nuevo Vedado residential neighborhood.

Two completely  luxury independent and air-conditioned apartments are offered. The intermediate floor or Villa Susana main floor is the owner’s house, adjacent to a swimming pool and solarium, available for our guests with no extra charge.

The luxury property has five landscaped areas with abundant ornamental plants, etc. One apartment is located in the first floor, bright, fully air-conditioned, with a double room, private bathroom, hot water 24 hours, fully equipped and with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. A fully air-conditioned studio-apartment with private bathroom, hot water 24 hours, kitchen fully-equipped, living room, terrace, safety box and a beautiful garden with a pergola and swimming pool is available. In this apartment two guests can be accommodate (three guests need an extra bed request). Both apartments have separate entrance and good security.
